Join My “ABNORMALITY” Club this New Year!

Seems pretty normal, doesn’t it? With every New Year comes the “resolutions.”

Resolutions are good….keeps us on our toes and encourages our self-improvement. Don’t stop making them!

But, what also comes every year, sometimes just a few weeks after creation of the resolutions, are the fatalities from “falling off the resolution wagon.”

Again……pretty normal, unfortunately.

Well, are you ready to ditch normal and become ABNORMAL this year—once and for all?

Do you know that the average American gains 5 to 10 pounds over the holidays? Does that make you normal if you also did the same?

Do you know that 60% (and rising) of Americans are overweight, with 1/3 being obese? Does this make you normal, if this describes you?

Do you know that almost 50% of Americans take at least one chronic pharmaceutical drug? Does this make you normal, if this describes you? (Many others take a whole lot more.)

Did you know that the #1 cause of death is heart disease? Does that make it normal to have a heart condition?

What is normal? Just because everyone does it or fits into “an average” does this make someone normal?

If your New Year’s resolution includes “losing weight,” I guarantee you are “normal.” You are also “normal” if you think “losing weight” is about “calorie-restriction,” detox diets and killer workouts. Isn’t that what everyone thinks?

I am here to encourage you, however, to break all of these signs and symptoms of normalcy and become ABNORMAL this year, because so-called “normal” will just get you closer to the grave before your time.

If you are ready to become ABNORMAL, there’s no better person to help you do this, than a “real” ABNORMAL person. Yeah, that would be me! Just ask my friends and family! 🙂

In my practice, I don’t help people lose weight, so if that is what your new year’s resolution is, you might want to find a NORMAL practitioner or program. Instead, what I do, is help you become “balanced,” which then ultimately allows your body to fix itself and the weight comes off effortlessly.

I know, this is NOT normal practice, but it works to help keep you ABNORMAL! And today, being ABNORMAL should be the goal. There is a reason that the normal stuff everyone is pushing, doesn’t work, and you continue to make the same resolution every New Year.

FINALLY, PUT AN END TO NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS around weight!

The cause of your weight gain is NOT from eating too many calories or lack of exercise. It’s from being NORMAL. Normal doesn’t get you anywhere because normal has it all wrong.

If you are ready to go somewhere really exciting and ABNORMAL this New Year, I am the girl to help you do it.
